Delete your NOW account

You can request deletion without installing the iOS or Android app. Sign in on the web, then delete the account. Deletion removes saved workouts, public links, Garmin sends, and AI usage counts. Signing in again starts a new empty account.

1. Open trainwith.now/delete-account and sign in with Apple or Google.
2. Confirm Delete account.

In the iOS or Android app: open Settings → Account and choose Delete account.

If you cannot sign in, use the contact listed on Privacy & Terms when a support address is published there.

Excluir sua conta NOW

Dá para pedir a exclusão sem instalar o app. Entre na web e exclua a conta. A exclusão remove treinos salvos, links públicos, envios à Garmin e contagens de IA. Entrar de novo cria uma conta vazia.

1. Abra trainwith.now/delete-account e entre com Apple ou Google.
2. Confirme Excluir conta.

No app iOS ou Android: abra Configurações e escolha Excluir conta.
