NOW is a web app that turns a workout or running plan into a structured file you can add to Apple Watch.
If you sign in with Google, we store your account identifier, display name, email, and photo URL, plus any workouts and running plans you save, and a daily count of successful AI generations. These live under your account in Google Firebase.
You can use the app without a Google account. Language preference is stored on this device. An anonymous sign-in may exist so the app has a stable session; it cannot save a library or spend AI generations.
When you generate with AI, the description you type is sent to OpenAI so it can propose a workout or running plan. We do not send that text, exercise names, titles, or notes to analytics.
When you export, the workout structure is sent to our server, which builds the file for Apple Watch. The downloaded file stays on your device. We cannot see whether it opened on a watch.
We record product events such as save, export, and sign-in. Only an allowlist of properties is sent (for example activity type or error category). Workout content is not included.
We use Google Firebase for sign-in, saved data, and hosting; OpenAI for generation; and our own API to produce files.
Deleting your account removes your Google sign-in from NOW and deletes saved workouts, running plans, and AI usage counts stored under that account. Signing in later creates a new empty account.
NOW is not medical advice, coaching, or a training prescription. Example workouts are samples you can edit, not a plan written for you.
