NOW is operated by Maickell Vilela. Support and privacy contact: maickell@me.com. Português / English.
NOW is free in this version. There is no paid subscription. AI generation has a daily allowance. The service may change.
You are responsible for reviewing every workout before you use it, and for how you train. AI output can be incomplete or wrong.
iPhone can add a workout to a compatible Apple Watch. Android and the web can send supported running workouts to a Garmin Forerunner 170 through NOW's Connect IQ app. We are not affiliated with Apple or Garmin.
Do not use the service to attack, scrape, or overload it, or to submit others' personal data in AI descriptions or attachments. Do not publish or generate content that is unsafe, harassing, or otherwise prohibited.
Saved workouts and plans stay in your account until you delete them or delete the account. Deleting the account removes that stored data, as described in the privacy policy.
Sharing a workout creates a link accessible to anyone who has it, without listing it in Explore. Publishing is a separate action that lists it publicly in Explore. Removing it from Explore keeps its link accessible. Copies already saved by other accounts remain independent.
Contact is listed in the app under Settings, and on the in-app Privacy & Terms page.
