Do not use the service to attack, scrape, or overload it, or to submit others' personal data in prompts.
Saved workouts and plans stay in your account until you delete them or delete the account. Deleting the account removes that stored data, as described in the privacy policy.
Contact is listed in the app under Settings, and on the in-app Privacy & Terms page.
